Our Founders
Get to Know
We’re so glad you found your way here—because trust us, nothing about this journey has been by accident.
We’re the co-founders of Therapist Collective RVA (TCRVA), and like many good things, our story started with a few email exchanges, a shared vision, and a solid plate of gluten-free Tex-Mex. Back then, we were two clinicians working for a group practice and trying to figure out our next steps. We knew we wanted more—more autonomy, more impact, more space to show up as our full selves.
So we built it.
TCRVA was born from a deep desire to create something different: a community where therapists could be independent without being isolated. Where we could celebrate our uniqueness, honor each person’s path and cheer one another on.
Some folks thrive in community-based settings. Others prefer the structure of large group practices. And then there are those who have never even considered that solo practice was an option—let alone a path they could absolutely WIN IN!
Truth be told, when we started, we had no roadmap—just a bold idea and a whole lot of corazón!
That was enough to begin. And now? We’re continuing to plant seeds of encouragement and hope for therapists who are in transition.
Welcome to our corner of the world. We saved you a seat!
